I met Gan Govendar around the year 2004 when he in his professional capacity as a property agent for Wakefields,assisted my wife and I to purchase a property in Durban. Now eighteen years later,circa 2022, and now retired,my wife and I embarked on selling the same flat. We had no hesitation in approaching Mr Govender again to assist us.
