Good day. I felt the need to share this with you. During the week of 6 October 2025, I made an enquiry about a rental property. From the get-go I experienced the best service from Jubie! I visited the office in that week & she made me & my son (18 months) feel at home from the moment we got there. She gave all the information thoroughly. Her service was excellent! When she took me for a viewing, she shared her thoughts & we agreed on it. Not once I felt rushed or had unanswered questions. She even answered after hours on more questions I had. Unfortunately, the rental property was not to our needs but I 100% would recommend anyone to her again. This is purely an appreciation post to her kindness! Thank you for making me feel at home! This was the best service I received from all the agencies in Pietermaritzburg!
