After a few years of marketing my property on and off and having numerous agents from almost every agency display their excitement and eagerness to sell, I came to find that none of them were able to get the job done or fulfil their undertakings and promises. They would pitch the right talks to get the listing, annoy me with numerous calls and pleas to market my property, and once they were appointed and given the opportunity, I would never hear from them again on potential buyers or their progress. To date, many of these agents have not even come back to me to ask whether my property has been sold yet, neither have they given me any updates on their efforts and progress in actively marketing what they were initially hounding me for. I was willing to give him an open mandate to do his best. I was pleasantly surprised with what ensued! Within a short space of time, Nash introduced a keen buyer to the property, one who was already vetted and not a timewaster, and within days, a single viewing and a successful offer was finalized to my satisfaction. The process was speedy, efficient, I was kept updated every step of the way, and Nash offered his support in many areas to our family to ensure the process between the Parties was handled smoothly. Within 6 weeks, my property was successfully transferred! As a Seller, along with praying and waiting for the right time for results, the appointment of the right agent is also crucial to success and a desired outcome. A Seller must appoint an agent who will prioritize the property as if it is the only one the agent has on his mind, and one who is not only talk, but action, and commitment to get the results desired.
