At all times your honesty and calmness was reassuring (I for a while) have changed my opinion of "sales personnel". You promised to see the whole process through, your word that you carried out right to the end which you did on Friday when you accompanied me to the municipality to cancel utilities etc. (quite an experience). Last year we set about the daunting task of selling our house, during an uncertain economic time, in the heart of the Covid 19 pandemic. To say the odds were stacked against us is an understatement. It is only thanks to Phil's positive attitude and committed work ethic that we managed to sell our house in record time.
