I would just like to say that it has been a real pleasure working with Kasturi Naidoo and Matilda Levin from Wakefields. From the start, these two special ladies were so positive about the sale of our home in Blenheim Road. Although our home of 20 years needed some TLC, Kasturi and Matilda both believed that our asking price was an acceptable one. They worked tirelessly to find buyers and kept in contact with us throughout the process. Our home was shown to potential buyers by appointment and through planned Open House showings. Kasturi and Matilda clearly wanted the best for us and we developed a great partnership with them.
There were a few offers and counter offers and we finally accepted a really great cash offer. David and I would like to thank Kasturi and Matilda for all the work they did, and for the support they gave us, throughout the sale process. We know that, besides getting our home sold, we have made k two new friends.
