During the said period Neena and I were in regular contact, discussing issues that pertained to various offers that were being made, setting up viewing times and she advising on the legal aspects as well as financial aspects, when it came to the sale of real estate. In so doing Neena showed me that she was experienced and knowledgeable in her field, which is not as clear and straight-forward that it appears to be. During my interaction with Neena I felt comfortable to talk with her as she was willing to listen to my concerns, and not try and avoid issues, which is one of the hallmarks of a true professional. Her calm and quite confidence made me feel that, whatever the outcome, she was going to try her best. I have always found Neena to be pleasant and caring. Besides the business transaction that we were attending to, she always made a point to enquire about my mother who is 81 years of age. This is one of qualities that I also appreciated about her. In terms of trust I found that Neena was not merely interested in pushing through a sale, for self-interests. She made sure that whoever she brought forward as a prospective buyer, she screened them thoroughly first, and then presented their credentials to me. In this way we were able to engage with each other meaningfully, knowing our common values. During the course of this year, I have come into contact with many other real estate agents, and I have no hesitation in saying that Neena was one of the Best People, that I have met this year. Both as a Professional and Person. I wish her well for her exams and her career moving forward. I am confident that she will continue to perform well and add value to your Brand.
