Firstly I will like to commend you on your utmost professionalism with regards to conflict resolution! Not only are you the best at what you are titled to do, but overall as an individual you are fantastic! You have really brought me immense peace and happiness with regards to the outcome of my situation.
I was put into a corner and basically harassed, manipulated, intimidated, bullied and victimized by not only by the an arrogant tenant but by individuals that had a title to protect the right of other tenants. With just one small 2 minute call to you lead into a complete potential lawsuit, you had everyone on their toes ! You fought for my rights, you went over and beyond for me and diffused the situation immediately! You took complete control over the members of the body corporate & in short terms " put them in their place". They wanted me to push my situation under the rug to protect themselves and the friends that were tenants! YOU WERE NOT HAVING IT!! I am ever so grateful for you. Not only do you have the knowledge that makes the best property practitioner but you possess immense knowledge regarding the law, rules, body corporate & conflict resolution.
