On the 18th August finally I signed docs at the attorneys for the sale of my house ... It was very emotional signing alone.
I was very pleased that 2 banks evaluators had valued the house much more to approve a 100% bond.
I appreciate u for trying your best ... I wished u would be the one to sell as u deserved it.
