Being a first time homeowner, I was completely unaware of the purchase process, Shelley was instrumental in providing assistance and advice to me along the way as well as keeping me updated with the progress of the sale when delays were imminent due to Covid-19 and the national lock down. Her service did not stop at the point of transfer, she guided me through the post-transfer process as well and facilitated correspondences between the previous owner and myself to tie up the loose ends. You have an absolute gem in Shelley as a part of your team! A wonderful personality, helpful, patient and pleasant, I cannot praise her enough.
