I'd like to bring to your knowledge the excellent service as first time home buyers that we received from Mr Sastri Naidoo. From the beginning to the end, he gave the best advice and we wouldn't have had our dream home without his expertise.
In July this year we decided to buy our first home. We had been on the market and came across Sastri's advert for 2 properties. Both my husband and I called Sastri who in turn made arrangements promptly to visit those properties.
Upon viewing the first property and making an offer. We were turned down and sadly we were disappointed and didn't want to view the second property. Sastri then motivated us to view the second property. Here again we made an offer and this time it was accepted buy the seller. Sastri without a doubt had told us that this home is a dream home with excellent top class finishes. And it was.
We have now moved in and loving everyday in our new home; thanks to the excellent service that Sastri had given us from the beginning. He made several calls before during and even after we had purchased our home. It is with great thanks that I send you this letter saying people like Sastri Naidoo deserves an accolade for his service on behalf of Wakefields. And we would personally recommend other buyers to Wakefields and especially to Sastri.
We would have never expected to buy such a beautiful home without the help of Sastri. He is an amazing salesman and has a passion in what he does.
