Our beautiful journey started on a cold raiany Sunday afternoon returning home from a day out when my beautiful wife an I noticed an estate agent scrambling to grab the Wakefiels For Sale sign board at the entrance of a property that we had our eye on, after a long day to head off home to her
With the steady showers and chilly weather, I reluctantly slowed the car down and approached the agent who greeted me with a big smile. I enquired about the property for sale and did not expect to be invited in to view the property considering the weather and time of day.
With her warm and friendly personality Caroline Elgar patiently led us to her show house which she had already locked up for the day, although it was clear that Caroline had a long day, her professional and down to earth manner in the way we were treated as well as the time and patience in showing us around immediately sealed the deal in our hearts. A rare personality that you can be proud of, Caroline.

We were truly blessed on that day, and yes things do happen for a reason as we previously viewed the property a year ago wiht another agent and did not purchase it, however it was something about Caroline's warm, friendly and professinal character over and above the price, location value for money and what the home had to offer that made the final decision to call the Dunes our Abode.
