Hope you well and safe. I write to you now that my first home is finally sold.
I still remember the day we met. I was hoping to buy that property opposite Checkers in Pinetown.
That unit suited us perfectly. I loved the garden and the space. It was unfortunate that there was another buyer before me.
Thank you for your patience and continuous communication thereafter that got us to build some sort of trust / relationship 😊
So when it was time to sell my house, there was only one person I wanted to help me, and that was you. Especially since my EX Wife had her own Estate agency, but after the EX met you, she too knew we were in good hands.
It's been a long and tedious sale that had me wanting to give up several times. The buyers had a few delays, when they finally got a bond, Covid halted our lives. The sale went on hold and we didn't know if we would survive this pandemic physically and financially.
The buyers were again in financial trouble due to not working during lockdown. I had no hope of this sale ever going through. But you persevered and played mediator on several occasions when you didn't have to, you kept me calm actually - thank you for that 😊
So finally we got paid last Monday, which concluded this insanely rollercoaster of a sale. Your professional attitude helped greatly but I think between the buyer and myself, your caring and loving attitude made this sale possible.
You got to know us, you got to know our struggles and you stuck by us when this pandemic got us all going crazy. And I thank you for that.
I'm sure you will tell your clients of this difficult sale for years to come. You stuck in there when times were really tough, I must say well done Kasturi, we owe you our sanity 😊😊😊😊😊
So on to your next task, I will be buying another property as an investment, but not a free standing house, this time a complex or flat, which would be easier to manage.
