I would like to share our amazing experience with one of your Sales Agent i.e. Mr Ashwin. On the 06th November 2021, my husband, Mr Julai and I were looking for a new home and was referred to many sales agents; however, we came across a home in Durban and called Ashwin; he responded with a price for the home, however, that was way over our budget. So we thanked him and as we were about to cut the call, this brilliant gentleman referred us to a 2nd property that was based in Morningside, at first we were quite hesitant as we knew that the area would not be affordable for us, nevertheless, we opted to view the property. Upon arrival, we instantly fell inlove with the home and we knew that this was the home for us. We had viewed many homes prior to this; however, this was the "one".
So it's now down to negotiating and we knew this part would have been really hard, so we called Ashwin and made him an offer, we could hear the hesitance in his voice due to the amount that we had offered, he then told us that he will make the offer to the seller and will get back to us.
On the 07th November 2021, my husband and I waited in anticipation to hear the feedback from him; he messaged at first, advising us that the seller was not keen on the offer that we had put forward; however, she advised Ashwin that she would get back to him. Now our heads were in all directions as we had know idea where we stood. Just as we were about to call it quits, we received the golden call from your Sales Agent stating that "we should start packing our bags" and that the seller has accepted our offer.
The complete disbelief we had in our hearts was unimaginable, as we are a young couple trying to find our way in life, and this gem made our dream come to pass.
Overall, we would really like to take the time to thank Ashwin for his timeous service which was nothing short of excellent. He is a diligent worker who has really gone all out for us. All we can say is that you guys are blessed and fortunate to be working with such excellent staff.
