- She was persistent and yet gentle in following up on the status of the home very early in our engagements
- She was adamant on getting us the best deal for our home
- Very understanding and patient and even supported us when we needed her to go to the property to help facilitate things we needed to do
- Unlike most agents who drop off communication after the sale, she continued to reach out and help speed up the transfer with the attorneys
- Overall, she has a friendly manner and made us feel comfortable throughout the process
Selling a property especially this one which has all our childhood memories is an emotional one and having Roslyn was the best agent.
