We are very grateful that the house sold and was registered so quickly and effortlessly, albeit I was a little hesitant at the beginning as my animals were of great concern. It feels that everything fell into place and conveyancing had gone back to the "good old days" ..... No demanding and unreasonable clients (on both sides).
