In June 2019, my Husband (Mr Pather) and I contacted Wakefields with regards to the sale of our residential property in Midmar Road, Burlington.
The broker who was assigned to market our property for sale was Prishanth Singh. Both Mr Pather and I would like to place on record our appreciation to Prishanth on the manner in which he undertook his duties as a Property Broker.
From our initial meeting with Prishanth we noted the following;
He was very respectful and courteous at all time, he offered good advice and suggestions and he provided feedback to all our queries and concernsin a prompt and efficient manner.
He was always very punctual when appointments were made and he was very obliging and displayed a great deal of patience when meetings took longer than expected. On the 2 occasions that our property was on show, he was punctual, extremely patient and interacted with potential buyers in a respectful and professional manner.
With regard to the sale of our property, Prishanth undertook the negotiations between the potential purchaser and us in a very professional manner. He also communicated with us on a regular basis to keep us informed of progress concerning the sale.
I wish to commend Prishanth for th e way in which he represented the Wakefields Agency and i wish him every success in his future endeavours.
