Purchasing a home is both an exciting and daunting process. My husband and I had been searching for years for the perfect little home but never found anything where our hearts felt settled until the one day, totallly unplanned, we stumbled upon this home, went to meet Dorothy on that very day and as we drove through the gate, I saw this beautiful lady with a pleasant smile who walked down the driveway to direct us to the unit. I don't know what it was but just seeing Dorothy, both my husband and I smiled and before we even stepped in, we said "somthing about this feels good".
We went in and immediately, we knew this house was what our hearts desired. Dorothy then took us through all the details. What we loved most was how transparent, kind, caring and supportive she was - a total stranger yet I felt so comfortable and warm speaking to her. It's a big decision, we had been through so many disappointment in the past sot he engagement being that wonderful confirmed this was the one for us.
Through the process, Dorothy was so kind, efficient and she made us really feel as though she was going through the journey with us.
I am also particurlarly grateful for how she supported and tried to resolve the challenge we had with the entomology situation. It was a very stressful time and she empathised with me, was very incested in assisting us getting it resolved urgently and she did exactly that. I would also like to thank Kevin, for all his support with this. For making sure he followed through on his word and for intervening so brilliantly in getting it all resolved for us.
To say the least, my husband, son and I are extremely grateful to Dorothy. She brought a lot of joy through the process of us purchasing our new home. She is indeed a gem and asset to Wakefields.
