I wanted to say a huge 'thank you' to you for your superb work yesterday with the house purchase, which went so well because of your input and work. What a delight to have something working so well because of the enthusiasm of an agent. Bravo! We feel so excited and also delighted that we have acquired this great home with all the 'stuff' - could be quite fun doing this move.
Thank you, too, for getting the plans for me. David will spend his spare time poring over them looking for opportunities to 'do' things at the house - his favourite hobby.
