please accept my appreciation for all you did when my mom and sister moved to Howick some 20 years ago. You went out of your way to make sure they had the perfect house where they spent many happy years.
When Glyn decided to sell the house and move, you were there for her every step of the way not only getting her house sold but in finding her the most beautiful place in Protea Gardens. She was just so happy there, unfortunately within a year I gave her flat back to you, to be put on the market again. What a pleasure it was working with you. I was kept updated on all aspects of the sale the whole time even though this was all happening during the most trying time of lockdown. You certainly were never on lockdown but ensuring your clients got the most professional service all the time.
Delene you certainly went beyond your duties in assisting me in packing the flat up and making sure it was spotless for the new owners. This will never be forgotten as I just could not face coming to Howick to clean up.My biggest hope is that when we are ready to sell you will be able to do the sale for us even though it will be between Umtentweni and Howick. I just know that you can handle it.
