Our learnership program has recently achieved significant milestones, marking a key moment in the journey of our 26 participants. After months of dedication, hard work, and perseverance, our learners have successfully completed the classroom component of their training and are now working towards their NQF Level 4 qualification.
The classroom phase covered a broad and essential range of subjects, including ethics, demographics and economics, property law, real estate maths, marketing, mortgage bonds, sectional title, and motivation & business planning. This rigorous curriculum has provided our learners with a solid foundation of knowledge, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in the competitive real estate industry.
Currently, our learners are in the portfolio assessment phase. This crucial step allows them to demonstrate their understanding and practical application of the content covered, ensuring they meet the high standards required for success in their future careers. The portfolio assessment is not just an evaluation of their learning, but a comprehensive review of their ability to integrate and apply this knowledge in real-world scenarios.
Alongside the portfolio assessment, our learners are also participating in workplace integration. This phase of the program has been designed to allow learners to gain hands-on experience in the field, working and selling real estate. We are proud to report that several participants have already achieved success in securing sales, a testament to the effectiveness of our training and their determination to excel.
The success of this program is a reflection of the commitment of our learners and the support provided by our dedicated team of educators and mentors. As they continue through the final stages of the learnership which wraps up at the end of March 2025, we are confident that they are well on their way to becoming skilled and knowledgeable professionals in the real estate industry.
Our learnership program has proven to be a powerful platform for growth and development, and we look forward to seeing our learners continue to achieve great things as they progress in their careers.
