CELEBRATING SUCCESS: FUNDED REAL ESTATE LEARNERSHIP CONCLUDES ON A HIGH NOTE

As March comes to an end, we proudly celebrate the remarkable journey of our funded real estate learnership programme. Launched on 1 April 2024, this initiative was designed to empower individuals with the skills and opportunities needed to thrive in the real estate industry. Now, as the programme officially concludes on 31 March 2025, we reflect on the tremendous achievements of the 30 candidates who participated.

From the very beginning, these candidates demonstrated an unwavering commitment to their growth and success. The programme provided them with:

• A monthly stipend to support them during their learning journey;
• Full funding for their Fidelity Fund Certificates;
• Training aligned with the Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Real Estate (NQF4), equipping them with the industry-recognised qualification

The hard work and dedication of these candidates have not gone unnoticed. Many have successfully sold properties, earning well-deserved commissions, and several have already secured permanent employment within our branches. Adding to these accomplishments, a number of candidates have been honored with the coveted title of 'Agent of the Month' in their respective branches - a testament to their excellence, professionalism, and dedication to their craft; "I was afforded the opportunity of getting to know our learnership candidates in the context of our classroom space while studying towards their qualifications - what stood out to me was the calibre of agent we were developing.
