Last week you organized Annette to be the agent to deal with my brother's flat. Annette went above and beyond the expected service level on doing a valuation of the flat. Her communication with me at every step of the way was friendly, caring, detailed and accurate. She was faced with a remote that had a flat battery and had to go and buy one with her own money.
The valuation was the most detailed and well considered that I have had; and I have dome my fair share of buying and selling properties. There were many photos detailing the state of the unit (I knew it was bad, but it looks even worse) She not only took into account the probable cost of refurbishing the unit, but also the fact that the entire building has not been maintained for many years and is in a state of disrepair.
While her valuation is below of what I was (hopefully) expecting I believe it is as accurate as one can get. Regrettably, I have had an offer from another owner in the block and, although it is a lower offer, I am going to accept it as it can be done quickly and easily.
