The evening kicked off with a warm welcome and a strong sense of anticipation in the room. Attendees were treated to real, honest and motivating conversations from some of the industry's finest.

Premier Property Practitioner, Tyron Smith, shared his personal journey, from humble beginnings to becoming one of our top agents. Awarded the coveted title of Wakefields Rookie of the Year 2024, Tyron has successfully walked the path of a new agent and understands exactly where many of our potential new attendees are coming from. His story was a testament to the power of perseverance, people skills, and a genuine passion for property. His message? If you're willing to work hard, the sky's the limit.

Next up, our Training Manager, Nicole Brown, broke down exactly how we support our agents every step of the way. From structured onboarding programmes to ongoing mentorship and skills development, Nicole reassured the audience that no one walks this path alone. At Wakefields, training isn't an afterthought, it's a cornerstone.

To round off the evening, CEO Myles Wakefield offered a glimpse behind the scenes of a typical day in real estate.
