Wakefields Scoops 'Outstanding Service' Award Yet Again

In Wakefields Real Estate‘s 75th birthday year, it seems fitting that the group would be voted  number one for Outstanding Service for the 11th year in a row by the readers of the Daily News. This Kwazulu-Natal family-owned business has passed the baton down through four generations, and the strong family values on which Wakefields was founded, are still there, loud and clear in each office, in each real estate agent, throughout the province. It speaks volumes that a number of agents have spent their entire property careers at Wakefields. For so many staff and clients over the years, Wakefields is family. 

Any brand which has stood the test of time as Wakefields has, has two things at its core: consistency, and the ability to anticipate and respond to change.

Being voted number one for Outstanding Service for over a decade certainly shows consistency. This readers’ vote is, in one respect, no small feat and something of which to be proud - but in another, in an industry where consistently good service is absolutely everything, it’s simply an acknowledgement to the Wakefields’ team that their unstinting commitment to superb client service doesn’t go unnoticed by the community.  Hence their hands in the air at voting time.
