Hi Mike I've been meaning to send this message to you for some time now. The sale of 66 Galloway went through on 28 February. I just wanted to let you know that although I took some heat from others for appointing Wakefields and Rooksana in particular, the Sole Mandate, I was not at all disappointed with the decision or the result. The marketing aspect was fine and the sale itself progressed without any hitches. I have bought and sold numerous properties over the years and in mu opinion this transaction was handled well. I was very firm about not accepting less than the asking price and I believe that Rooksana did a remarkable job, not only in understanding my requirement,and achieving the asking price, but doing so in a relatively short space of time. Rooksana is a tough agent, driving a hard bargain for the commission and pushed to get the desired results. However, I respect that agents are operating in a difficult market at the moment and I think Rooksana's toughness is shown in her results. She got the job done and done well! The one small thing that could have been a little different, was Rooksana anticipating more my need for regular updates once the offer was signed and ensuring that I was receiving the required administrative documentation timeously. Fairly often, I was the one requesting information, updates, confirmatory confirmatory letters etc. This was also the first share block transfer I have done, so issues such as timing and requirements could have been more formally communicated an the administration side should maybe kept up more with the process. at the end of the day these are just some suggestions for even further improvement. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and the results. Thank you to Rooksana and the team in your office.
