Hi Subscriber,

As we move into the cooler months, there’s a natural shift in pace . A time to reflect and refocus. While the recent interest rate hike is understandably disappointing, it’s important to keep perspective. The property market has shown remarkable resilience, and encouragingly, we are still experiencing positive sentiment across many of our key areas.

Well-priced homes in sought-after suburbs are attracting strong interest, with buyers actively competing and, in some cases, outbidding one another to secure the right property. Showdays are seeing renewed energy, with Sunday viewings proving as popular as ever. A clear sign that serious buyers remain engaged and motivated.

In this month’s newsletter, we’ve unpacked some of the key considerations for both buyers and sellers. For those entering the market, understanding the differences between sectional title and freehold ownership is an important step in making a confident, informed decision. For sellers, small, thoughtful improvements can make a meaningful difference. Not only in how a home is perceived, but ultimately in the price it can achieve.

While market conditions may evolve, one thing remains constant: property is a long-term investment, and with the right guidance, opportunities are always there to be found. As always, our team is here to help you navigate the journey with clarity and confidence.
