The icing on the guest house is the newly installed solar with 39 550w panels, 2 x 12 KVA inverters and 2 x Lithium batteries that enable the guest house to run air conditioners on those humid hot days even through load shedding. A new DB board has been installed.
The property is secure with an electric fence, automated gates and CCTV cameras, beams and 24-hour access. Plans are up to date, and it is a VAT entity, so VAT applies on top of the price if not a VAT vendor. There are 21 parking bays
