A one-bedroom self-catering flatlet with en-suite shower and toilet with fully fitted kitchen is found at the back of the house. Leading down a path we have a circular Rondawel which is a one-bedroom self-catering cottage with en-suite shower and toilet. The path leads past a well fountain to another cottage close to the pool area. This cottage sleeps 6 people with the main bedroom having an en-suite shower and toilet. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom is found upstairs in a loft with a unique area for a roof garden. A bathroom on the ground floor consisting of a shower and toilet services the two bedrooms. The kitchen has sufficient cupboard space with a separate electric stove, fridge, and microwave open plan into the lounge with jet master for those cold nights and dining room with an outside paved area with a braai.
A building serving as an office is situated to the side with a walk-in cold room. Each cottage has its own pressure pump for water from the borehole. There is a second borehole that is used for watering the garden.

A pool and outside jacuzzi are situated close to an entertainment are consisting of a thatched roof, inside bar with bar stools. Undercover we a gas braai and outside braai.

There is a venue hall that seats 50 people that can be used for a wedding venue or conferencing with a games room close by with pool table. 3 storerooms can be found close to the water tanks where we find a laundry. There are pens for geese and chickens and a shade cloth area that covers a garden.
