The complex is spacious and secure and has a feel of peace and quiet, and with its own administration office at the front gate. Definitely a feel of being out in the country.

Port Edward is the nearest village to access all the amenities that one needs. Shopping malls, pharmacy, doctor’s rooms and so much more. It is a busy coastal village with a large tourist trade. The wilds coast sun, the wild waves water park, the Umthamvuna gorge and world class golf courses are some of the attractions in this beautiful part of the lower south coast.

Beautiful beaches and a year round temperate climate make for great living, and a highway makes for easy access to Shelly Beach and Durban. This unit is so well worth viewing, and would make a wonderful holiday hideout, or quiet living for retirees.
